Jomtien is
a lovely beach town found less than two miles south of South Pattaya
and is home to a number of condominium complexes and high-rises. This
was not always the case. Jomtien used to be a sleepy seaside town
until recently, when a number of foreigners started to prefer the
quiet area to the much busier and livelier Pattaya area. As a result
there has been a boom in construction in the area.

East Pattaya is a quieter area of Pattaya
Though not
actually facing the sea, East Pattaya is a quieter area of the
seaside resort that can be found between South Pattaya and Jomtien
towards the interior of the province. It is a great place to search
for houses for sale, as it is much more affordable than most other
areas around, yet still close enough to all amenities.
East
Pattaya is just a few minutes away from the Pattaya Beach and all of
Pattaya’s main draws, such as its nightlife. It is also close to
the golf courses, theme parks and other attractions that have been
drawing visitors here for decades, yet still far enough away to enjoy
some peace and quiet.

entire seaside resort area as well as a number of agents that are

Pattaya, Easy Pattaya and Jomtien, which is fast becoming one of the
more popular areas in the area to reside. Real estate in Pattaya
comes in a number of forms, from empty plots of land to commercial
spaces, so no matter what you are looking for it is sure to be
available.
