When The East Comes Calling - Where Should You Put Your Money?

When the Berlin Wall fell, communism relinquished the control it had from East German and other communist nations apart from China. This however has not dampened the investors hunger for these markets. In china for example, most companies have invested in labor and industry costs because of the affordability.
In other places, the west has been welcome as well as local investors to invest in various fields that will help to spur the growth of these markets. The truth of the matter is that many people are still skeptical and afraid to take the risk, but investment returns are directly proportional to the amount of risk you take. So where do u put your money in this market?

  1. Real estate
Whether it is condosfor sale in Pattaya, beachfronts in Taipei or any other development you might want, the East is offering a good place to make real estate work for you. For a long time these markets had been closed so they are just now realizing that, they can prove to be very beneficial. Real estate appreciates with time, as long as the political and infrastructural progress is visible and ongoing.
  1. Agriculture
Agriculture is another area where you can put your money especially in the sale and growth of bananas and other horticultural produce. Horticulture in these countries is making more money than anywhere else in the world, because of the cheap labor available, the good climate, and the large available lands.
The other advantage is how close these markets are to the European market, which is the majority buyer of horticultural produce. This means that your money will make you more money after the harvests it is therefore not something you will quick returns
  1. Industry
Industries that are growing and making money include the mobile phone industries with China’s Huawei leading the way. This is place to invest and switch your money grow. ZTE and Huawei are providing the word with cheap and affordable smart phones. They were the first phones to embrace the use of the Android operating system, which has now become the official competitor for Apple.

The presence of Samsung Electronic has also elicited investor interest with many people seeing how well the company is doing especially in its mobile phone department, which has given the major phone companies a run for their money.
